“Working with Mood Events from the moment I contacted them, to the last song of our reception was very organized and a great experience all around. We worked with everyone from Mood Events, but our main contact was Julian Molina – who knew exactly what we wanted and got it done. We worked over email and we met the Mood Events crew twice –when we visited our resort for the first time and also 4 days before our wedding to go over final details. We decided in our first meeting that we would also use their uplighting and lighted dance floor, which made a typical ballroom look amazing. They were able to get all of the music we requested – indie, 80’s, 90’s, top 40, reggae, Indian/Bollywood/Bhangra, etc. Being an Indian couple, we needed some Indian songs played during our reception and the DJs at Mood Events were able to weave in an out of each genre seamlessly and the transitions were great. They even surprised us and had one DJ playing on turntables and another DJ playing on CDJs. Our guests still tell us how much fun they had on the dance floor! ”

“After many months of searching for the ideal DJ online we knew Julian and Christian were the ones to coordinate with. We had hired Julian to setup DJ service, lighting, screen, sound system, fireworks and a dance floor for our pre wedding and wedding functions. Compared to the other responses from other vendors, he was quick and very accurate with the replies to our questions. Having never been to Mexico and having the fear of sending money to someone who you have only contacted thru email is a scary process. Julian made it very comfortable and did continue to remind us that the wedding date is coming closer and we should book soon. I am really glad he did that because these services are quickly booked by others. The initial meeting was great; he asked us what we would like to do and made the perfect suggestions which worked out great. Speaking with Christian about the music we wanted, which was Hindi and Punjabi something out of his norm he knew the background of how the songs are played and was able to download the songs we needed and play them in a perfect manner. He had a hard task at hand where we requested him to remix a song 30 minutes before the party started, he pulled thru with the perfect remix. The wedding party was amazed at their setup, the quickness to setup, the way Christian kept the party going and how courteous they are. The lighting I requested was to create an ambience around the area we had the setup and they are worthwhile getting because in the pictures they look amazing. The mic system was excellent we did not encounter any problems or any loud screeching noises and they were easy to use. We did a slide show for our reception party and the TV screen was large enough and it worked out great. If you want to add a spark to your party it is worth investing in the cold shot fireworks, we left that as a surprise and the wedding party was really surprised and enjoyed the outcome of their services even more. I have been recommending everybody to Julian and Christian, because overall they did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be any happier. “I just wanted to leave a little bit of a testimonial for you guys on here…We had our wedding at the beginning on June in Cancun, Mexico at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Resort.
